Ms. Urbanick has been with St. William since 1974, having taught just about every grade from 8th all the way down to 2nd, even serving as principal for 5 years! She is back in 4th grade, after teaching middle school social studies for more than 10 years as the 7th grade teacher. She loves teaching any subject as long as it involves kids!
St. William school and church has gone through a transformation during the time she has been at St. William but the spirit has remained steadfast. The strong family-like atmosphere is evident and continues to thrive because of the dedicated parents and grandparents and their involvement in the school and church. St Wiliam is not only a house of worship or a site of higher learning but also a place that unites our families by promoting family values and participation in the church. We are a family bound together through the unity of our faith. We are working side-by-side to give the children of St. William Catholic School the experiences they need to learn, grow, pray, and succeed so that they become life-long learners.
In this day and age, it is important for the children to have the freedom to experience prayer throughout their day, every day. It is also important for them to know that they can make a difference in this world by becoming involved in the community by participating in the all-school and parish service projects that serve our school, parish, civic, national, and global communities.
She thanks God every day for all lives that have touched hers. She is truly grateful. God Bless!
