Preparing for Your Baby’s Baptism at St. William Parish The Baptismal Preparation Class is held the third Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Narthex. Call the Rectory Office to register at 608-755-5180. The class is a one hour long discussion on the theology of the sacrament, history, symbols and living the faith at home. We are so excited that you are seeking baptism for your child. Baptism is a beautiful beginning to a lifelong journey of faith. Our entire St. William community is happy to be here to offer love and support to help your child grow in the faith. A preparation packet will be provided and is intended to help you and your family best prepare for the sacrament of baptism and the faith commitment you are about to enter with your child. May God bless you and your family!
Marriage at St. William We welcome couples to schedule a wedding at St. William Parish. At least one of the engaged couple must be a baptized Catholic. Couples are asked to contact the church at least six months in advance of the desired date of the wedding. This is so that you have the necessary amount of time to prepare for this most important sacramental event, in which you lay down your lives for one another. Please call the Parish Office and ask for Fr. Jim at 608-755-5180.
Anointing of the Sick: Please contact the parish office for last rites or prayers for the dying at 608-755-5180.
Communion for the Sick: We are happy to bring Holy Communion to those confined to their homes. Please notify Fr. Jim or a parish extraordinary minister of communion if someone at your house wishes to receive Communion at home.
